Sautéed Kale&Eggs 2 cups chopped kale 2 eggs 1 tsp butter 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp freeze-dried onion flakes Pinch of Salt&Pepper * In a small sauté pan melt butter, add onion and cumin seeds until start changing colors * Add kale, pinch of salt and Tbsp water, place lid over until kale wilted * Make two wells and crack the eggs in them. (make sure no liquid in the pan).
